Happiness as a Commodity

    "Unveiling the Happiness Industry" is a documentary that revolves around the study of happiness and what makes us happy, the study of positive psychology. Below is a presented infographic that visually represents some of the main topics of the documentary. These topics include the issue regarding humans and other animals feeling pessimistic in a time of stress, BUT showing how optimism can easily be learned. The second half of the video focuses on how happiness should be measured in a workplace and in a country. Happiness should be the balance of work success as well as social success. The importance of happiness not only makes us healthier but our work productivity better. The main purpose of the video is to show that happiness is an important focus and governments should strive to maximize their citizen's happiness.
